4. Our Response Process

4.1 Upon Receipt of Valid DMCA Notice

• We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• We will notify the content provider of the takedown
• We will document the notice and our actions

4.2 Upon Receipt of Valid Counter-Notice

• We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant
• We will inform them that we will restore the content in 10-14 business days
• We will restore the content unless the complainant files a court action

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Games4Kids has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
